Urban Abstractions – One Day in Los Angeles

Urban Abstractions – One Day in Los Angeles

Join Keith Skelton for a one day walk about in downtown Los Angeles discovering photo abstractions and new way of seeing. This is not “street photography” per se, but a journey of discovery to find hidden jewels that lie in front of our eyes. We will be looking for art in structures and in light. We will try to break some of our habitual ways of seeing and free some of our locked-in camera techniques.

Open to all levels of photographers.

Wide, close up and long lenses are recommended.

This class will be limited to 8 people.

We will meet at Los Angeles Union Station.

The class will be about 6-7 hours long and may run into the evening hours and we will have a mid day break for lunch.

Exact meeting times will be emailed to you. Contact me with any questions.
