Using Long Lenses in Landscape Photography - The Grand Canyon North Rim
Many people think that wide angle lenses are the prime lenses to use in landscape photography. They certainly have their place. Lenses in the 100mm to 600mm range are good to use in isolating land forms and compressing distance that creates more of a two dimensional, graphic image.
Nice ... are those early morning ... before the raising heatwaves destroy long lens resolution when reaching out.
